Located in Toronto's Corktown neighbourhood, Gusto 501 brings together the innovation of sister restaurant Gusto 101 and the soulful hospitality of Janet Zuccarini's first restaurant, Trattoria Nervosa.

Gusto Italian was founded in 2005 by Jeremy Roberts and the late Tim Bacon, from Living Ventures Group. In 2014, Gusto gained private equity backing from Palatine. We continue to do what we've done since day one: Make A Difference, Do The Right Thing, Look For The Good, and Share Our Passion & Knowledge.

Since opening our doors in 2012, Gusto 101 has been serving up modern takes on Southern Italian classics. As with Trattoria Nervosa in Yorkville, Janet Zuccarini has meshed a passion for creating memorable food with a vision for delivering soulful, transporting dining experiences.
