JANET ZUCCARINI Janet first opened Trattoria Nervosa in Toronto's Yorkville in 1996, later expanding to Gusto 101 (2012), and PAI Northern Thai Kitchen (2014). In 2015, Gusto 54 Catering & Commissary was added to the growing roster.

In Toronto, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group owns Trattoria Nervosa, Gusto 101, Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen, Gusto 54 Catering, and is partnership with Pai Northern Thai Kitchen and Kiin.

Gusto Italian was founded in 2005 by Jeremy Roberts and the late Tim Bacon, from Living Ventures Group. In 2014, Gusto gained private equity backing from Palatine. We continue to do what we've done since day one: Make A Difference, Do The Right Thing, Look For The Good, and Share Our Passion & Knowledge.

Located in Toronto's Corktown neighbourhood, Gusto 501 brings together the innovation of sister restaurant Gusto 101 and the soulful hospitality of Janet Zuccarini's first restaurant, Trattoria Nervosa.
